Metcrop's services are exclusively available to business entities, including but not limited to steel mills, foundries, manufacturing facilities, trading companies, and other commercial enterprises engaged in metal processing or trading activities. We do not sell to individual consumers or for personal use.

We offer a comprehensive range of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal products, including HMS 1, HMS 2, turning scrap, plate & sheet metal scrap, shredded steel scrap, and stainless steel scrap. All product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and are subject to availability.
All materials supplied by Metcrop comply with:
All shipments undergo independent third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or AIM Control, including material verification, chemical analysis, and weight certification.
Customers may request quotations through our website, email, or telephone. Quotations remain valid for 7 to 14 days unless otherwise stated.
All quotations are subject to material availability, current market pricing, customer verification, and regulatory compliance.
Orders are confirmed only upon our written acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing and may result in charges for work already performed.
All prices are quoted in USD or EUR and subject to change until order confirmation. Prices include material cost, processing, inspection fees, and shipping charges as specified.
All banking charges including LC fees and transfer costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Overdue payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. We reserve the right to suspend services until full payment.
All shipments follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, or CFR as specified).
We ship from Gdańsk, Gdynia (Poland), Hamburg (Germany), and Rotterdam (Netherlands).
Estimated 35-45 days to Asian ports, 20-35 days to Middle Eastern ports (estimates only).
Risk and title transfer per agreed Incoterms. Customers handle customs clearance and import duties.
We are not liable for delays from force majeure, strikes, customs delays, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Mandatory third-party inspection includes material verification, weight certification, chemical analysis, photographic documentation, and container seal verification.
Claims must be made in writing within:
Claims require independent inspection reports, photographic evidence, and detailed descriptions.
Pre-shipment inspection reports serve as primary reference. Disputes resolved through mutually agreed independent arbitration at customer's cost.
We warrant materials conform to contract specifications, are from legitimate European suppliers, have genuine documentation, and meet verified quality standards.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant suitability for specific furnace operations. Customers determine material suitability for intended use.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SHIPMENT.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, PRODUCTION LOSS, OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE.
No liability for failures from uncontrollable circumstances including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.
All exports comply with EU waste regulations, Basel Convention, Polish BDO requirements, international sanctions, and destination import regulations.
Customers obtain import licenses, comply with local regulations, pay duties and taxes, and ensure lawful material use.
We refuse business with sanctioned entities and reserve the right to decline customers violating applicable laws.
All website content is Metcrop property protected by international intellectual property laws.
Metcrop name, logo, and marks are trademarks requiring written permission for use.
Limited license granted for legitimate business purposes related to purchasing our products.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of non-public information including pricing, specifications, and business strategies.
All business information and trade secrets remain strictly confidential and used only for our business relationship.
You indemnify Metcrop against claims from your breach of Terms, law violations, material use, third-party right infringements, or import regulation failures.

These Terms are governed by Polish law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes resolved through binding arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court in Warsaw, conducted in English.
If arbitration unavailable, exclusive jurisdiction lies with Warsaw, Poland courts.
Parties attempt good-faith negotiations for 30 days before arbitration.
These Terms remain effective while using our website or conducting business.
Terminate anytime subject to fulfilling outstanding orders and payments.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms breach, payment failure, fraudulent activities, or legal violations.
Provisions naturally surviving termination include warranties, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
We may modify these Terms anytime, effective upon posting with updated date. Material changes communicated via email when practicable. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms with our Privacy Policy and sales contracts constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.
Invalid provisions don't affect remaining Terms validity.
Failure to enforce rights doesn't constitute waiver. Waivers require written authorization.
You cannot assign rights without consent. We may assign freely.
Nothing creates agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
English version prevails over translations.
We conduct business with integrity, complying with anti-corruption laws and prohibiting bribery.
